I’ve gotten so much help from other IT Pros over the years through their blogs. In that spirit, I’ve decided to begin documenting what I find helpful in our environment. Not only does this help me have a convenient place to document my work, it also might help others. I believe if you think things through to the point where you can show others, it forces you to better understand the process. I welcome comments and suggestions, as there are likely lots of great ways to do the same thing.
